The role holder is responsible for gaining the Trust and Respect of Product owners, Senior leadership while being able to deliver solutions that best fit the business goals and objectives. The overall objective of this role is to be an integral part of the Procurement Team working on SAP Fieldglass Application as well as other Procurement applications like Ariba and Concur ensuring smooth end to end business processes using industry standard and best practices to help achieve Organization vision.

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with Procurement Product owners to understand the business and technical requirements, contribute to the development of the product roadmap, develop high level design, and lead the development of select modules for the applications to meet business requirements in Procurement Business area (Fieldglass/Ariba/Concur/VIM).
• Subject Matter Expert on Fieldglass modules – SOW, Contingent Worker and Profile Worker along with Reporting Capabilities
• Fieldglass Admin Activities including configuration of Custom Fields.
• Hands on Experience in Customizing the Approval workflows in Fieldglass.
• Experience on Webservice/API Configuration in Fieldglass.
• Knowledge on SSO setup/Configuration would be an added advantage
• Hands on Experience on Fieldglass Connectors and Integration with other systems
• Hands on Experience on Integration Audit trail activities
• Integration Knowledge and understanding the business processes of SAP Fieldglass with other ERP Solutions like SAP ECC or S/4 HANA for PO integration and / Or Invoice Integration
• Assist in the management and delivering of Large/Medium/Small size projects
• Develop understanding of Functional/Non-functional aspects of applications/Processes and help business in value added activities by introducing automations as needed and deliver the same.
