Your role in the team

We have exciting opportunities in the area of User Experience (UX) Design.

User Experience (UX) Design is responsible for applying knowledge of user-centered design methods, human-computer interaction, and industry best practices to drive useful and usable interface design solutions.

The Allstate Technology Support Centre provide technology support to Agencies, Customers and Employees. Over the last few years, the team have been at the forefront of the company’s digital transformation journey.

As we continue to refine and enhance our digital transformation, we are in an exciting phase of designing and implementing Chatbot capabilities that will provide users with a positive, intuitive, and engaging digital experience. We are seeking user experience support specifically around conversational design and Chatbot User experience to design and implement a seamless digital experience for our Users.

So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

• All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
• On course to complete 2nd year of a bachelor’s Degree in multi-media, interaction or digital design related disciplines - by end of June 2023.
• Have an up-to-date design portfolio
• Currently trending a 2.1 in your module marks to date
• Required to provide all module results to date on your cv (failure to include module marks will result in the application being withdrawn)
• Availability to travel if required.

We also have some desirable criteria

• Studied a module related to conversational design
