As a member of the Operational Excellence team, you’ll help make sure the entire Arity team is enabled and empowered to get things done! The Role

The Strategic Training & Awareness Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading the training and awareness program for Operational Excellence. The Lead Consultant will proactively work with teams across Arity to identify regulatory and compliance training needs and execute on requirements. This individual will lead projects and programs of moderate complexity, for instance creating and executing a training curriculum based on a new regulation. In addition, the Lead Consultant will take an innovative approach to creating a training and awareness program and will lead through strong communication skills, coordinating activities, and influencing others.  This individual is expected to have a thorough understanding of compliance programs and training best practices, the ability to build a training program with moderate oversight and excel at working independently.


  • Leads the development, coordination, and implementation of the Operational Excellence training and awareness program
  • Reviews and assesses compliance and risk processes, policies, and/or procedures to determine how best to communicate the necessary information to the appropriate audiences
  • Possesses the ability to not only communicate, but relate training content to audience’s daily responsibilities to create an effective training program
  • Develops initiatives to ensure that the training and awareness program is operating effectively
  • Implement small scale and support medium to large scale enterprise-level regulatory compliance projects
  • Understand developments in Arity’s regulatory compliance space and consult on impact to the business, with an eye toward training requirements
  • Identifies opportunities, recommends and helps implement process improvements
  • Integrates deep subject matter expertise in order to analyze issues/risks and make judgments and/or recommendations as appropriate


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 4 years of regulatory compliance, training, or equivalent experience required
  • Experienced in implementing larger training or compliance projects
