Job Summary

This role is on the Data Strategy Governance team, within D3. The Data Strategy Governance Team is a component of Enterprise Governance and is focused on supporting Data Strategy goals. This team owns and enforces the Enterprise Data Policy and Standards, provides the structures for making risk & return decisions, governs adherence to the standards, and offers data management guidance & advisory services. Within Data Strategy Governance, this role is responsible for supporting the integration of data standard governance processes across enterprise data assets and key business processes. In this role you will have the opportunity to propose ideas and implement solutions in support of a new and evolving workstream that has broad, enterprise-wide reach.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Establish governance across the analytic ecosystem, which includes the data lake but also spans to how we integrate with the analytic model lifecycle to deployment
  • Support the establishment, execution, and evolution of governance processes to ensure adherence to the Enterprise Data Standards           
  • Establish and foster relationships with both business and technology partners to support governance adherence efforts          
  • Consult with key stakeholders as they execute on governance requirements       
  • Track progress, identify and communicate risks or issues, and partner to develop solutions           
  • Inform, influence, and collaborate on strategic initiatives in support of the Data Strategy Governance team

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in a data/analytics, governance, or process design related functions 
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of (or demonstrated ability to learn) enterprise business units and processes
  • Strong relationship management skills, able to inspire trust and influence peers and leaders alike
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to execute on multiple priorities concurrently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with governance functions and processes a plus

The compensation range for this position is $59,500 to $81,400 per year based on experience and qualifications.

 

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
