Job Description

API Integration Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of a set of APIs for the Identity Management and other Security teams. Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack. Work closely with engineers and product owners to improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.

•Work on cross-functional agile development teams to deliver Identity Management and related security capabilities to the organization.

•Build services and APIs to expose Identity Management and related security capabilities using test-driven and contract-driven approaches.

•Support best practices and enterprise standards to satisfy compliance, reduce risk, and deliver a world class API to enterprise application developers.

•Participate in design and code reviews.

•Validate and update existing integration architecture and plans.

•Participate in detailed design and implementation planning.


Collaborate with the IAM and Security Teams in writing Functional, Solution and Integration Design Documents

Job Responsibilities

•     Minimum 2-4 yrs of exp in APi developement along with some integration experience with multiple system.

•     Experience in an Agile Development environment

•     Strong experience in building APIs and Microservices using REST/SOAP, Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring security, JPA/Hibernate, JSON and GraphQL,Kafka.

•     Experience with Java/J2EE, Python, Groovy, web application development and api design patterns.

•     Experience with UI frameworks and technologies specially ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3.

•     Experience with application development and configuration using web/application servers such WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache etc.

•     Experience in working with cloud platforms like AWS or Pivotal cloud foundry.

•     Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL Databases like SQL Server, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB.

•     Working knowledge of SQL, XQuery and XML Query and Familiarity OAuth2, SAML 2.0 security considerations

•     Strong experience with deployment and version control tools including Git, Maven, Gradle, Jira and Jenkins.

•     Sound knowledge of Java Microservices, data models, and both synchronous and asynchronous systems.

•     Exhibits understanding of BPM, BPMN and DMN technologies.

•     Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana and Splunk.

•     Independent contributor with Strong written and oral communication skills.

•     Be open to learning new things, adapting, and learning from others.
