Job Description

Minimum 2 years of Working experience on TIBCO Suites, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO BW , EMS , Hawk

General Operational Support of a fully integrated , highly available Tibco environment.

Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis, escalating high complexity incidents and problems to provide future application, hardware and/or software resiliency
Completion of assigned tasks in one or more of the following activities: troubleshooting, analysis, fulfilment, change planning and change execution
Analyze information systems processes and monitor key performance metrics; create standard performance reports
Participate in the effort to determine the originating factors for a given incident and develop recommendations for preventing its repetition
Working Experience on CICD , Jenkins, Kafka is added advantage
Scripting knowledge especially Shell , Python is added advantage
Working knowledge on UNIX commands and SQL queries.
Effective communication with peers, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and other   technology teams
Willingness to work in shifts, week end shifts and On call support

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day support of Tibco Platform hosting roughly 2000 TIBCO applications. 
Accountability includes ensuring that systems are available, change execution, Incident resolution as per the SLA Timelines and Emergency support services
Able to effectively communicate with peers, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries.
Provide Maintenance support during the Monthly Linux Patching and subsequent validation
Early detection of issues through automation, supporting life cycle management, triaging incident tickets and writing stories to the Engineering team for incident resolution.  The candidate utilizes systems, scripting and developer skills to execute on tasks related to analysis, integration, and moderately to highly complex incidents and problems affecting production systems and multiple applications. 
Work with Engineering team to find RCA and resolution for complex issues
Participate with DR activities

Shift Timing

5 day week schedule. The shift timings will be 07:00 to 3:30 pm, and 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.All days Also, there will be requirement some support during Release and Maintenance over weekends.  

There is an on-call rotation schedule that the ASPL would be a part of.
