Responsibilities:

 

• Build and execute on sales strategies at both account and country level.
• Effectively build a sales pipeline and accurately manage forecasts throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage the client sales cycle and engage the appropriate sales, presales engineering, product and technical resources where necessary.
• Frequent client and prospect interaction through sales calls and onsite visits across North America.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Arity's and competitors/3rd party products and services.
• Acquire knowledge of Customer technology stacks and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of traffic and mobility data, insights and application.
  •  Skilled in establishing, developing and maintain key relationships within strategic accounts, including senior client relationships.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative, matrixed environment to achieve results
  • Familiarity with real-time market data feeds and market data distribution platforms is desirable
  • Willingness for regular business travel (when possible & appropriate).
  • Proven track record for obtaining business results through the development of effective relationships.
  • A deep understanding of all sales related functions.
  • Relevant Direct selling Industry knowledge in department of transportation, aka DOT, Public Sector, is desirable.
  • Relevant Channel experience selling to DOT, Public Sector, Consultants/Engineering Firms.
  •  Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Demonstrates ability to analyze financial data and assess market conditions, trends and indicators.
  • Displays knowledge of all aspects of sales process and drivers (sales forecasts, goals, targets, buy, cross-sell, retain, profitability, compliance, quality, etc.)
  • Building relationships and partnerships in business-to-business channels
  • Manage within a matrixed organization.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills, ability to create strategy and lead its execution.
  • Superior interpersonal skills; can quickly develop relationships and inspire trust.
  • Strong communication skills - Includes presentation, business writing, negotiation, motivation and relationship management.Planning and organizational skills - Can marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently. Salary Range for this role is $81,700 to $122,600
