The Team:
The Product Marketing & Demand Generation team creates and executes full-funnel, B2B marketing campaigns that drive awareness and consideration for Arity and our products. Working across all lines of business, the team is responsible for driving connections with prospects and customers at every stage of the journey, across various mediums and channels.
The Role:
We are searching for a resourceful, Arity - Marketing Analytics Lead coordinator to assist with marketing analytics and general support for digital marketing and demand generation activities. This role will include making sense of our marketing data, sharing out that data with the broader Marketing team and help set benchmarks for demand generation efforts. In addition, this person will be responsible for our paid advertising and budget. Given our team works across all the Arity verticals, the ideal candidate will have the desire to learn additional areas of demand generation but will own marketing analytics and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid and display advertising campaigns
- Oversee and develop reporting from our various demand generation channels including Google Analytics, Demandbase, paid advertising, etc.
- Document and share out all demand generation analytics to different departments and senior leadership
- Establish team KPIs and define successes for demand generation efforts
- Provide practical solutions to optimize campaigns to achieve ROI
- Work with the content manager to implement SEO strategy
- Work with product marketing to develop demand generation strategy for all Arity verticals
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Bing, etc.)
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to review demand generation statistics to drive improvements
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Enjoys working across multiple departments and products
- Ability to learn-as-you-go with new tools and projects
- Ability to multitask and stay organized with a wide variety of tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work with a strong level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects

Compensation offered for this role is $68,500.00-$121,375.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
