Job Summary:

Looking to join an innovative Product team with a vision to build the future of transportation? We're seeking a motivated Product Manager to assist us in managing the development and support of the core of our mobile technology. The right candidate will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are addressed while maintaining expectations related to product lifecycle. You'll work closely with engineering, analytics, and technology staff to define and deliver world class mobile products, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as assisting in defining the product roadmap and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other product managers and a multi-disciplinary scrum team to deliver on an ambitious set of objectives for turnkey mobile app.
  • Help determine improvements to product features, and work closely with design, technology, analytics, and customer success teams to plan and execute product initiatives.
  • Create effective and actionable user stories with a clear definition of done as part of managing a product backlog. Make data-based decisions to prioritize and effectively plan and organize your backlog.
  • Identify KPIs, and help design A/B tests prior to launch, and keep a keen eye on app usage and performance, including public reviews, app user feedback, and B2B customer feedback.
  • Manage dependencies and plan roadmap by working with cross functional teams to launch new solutions or new customers.
  • Partner with project management and tech lead to champion smooth execution in an agile environment.
  • Identify and track product success metrics that can be used to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Coordinate findings with the product team and align them with business goals.
  • Help train internal departments on new product features and provide support to customers as needed.
  • Develop efficient customer communication, documentation, and feedback channels.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, computer science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Functional Skills:

  • Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative data and consumer feedback, including designing A/B tests. Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior, to influence product roadmap.
  • Experience managing mobile (Android and iOs) apps is required.
  • Experience with the insurance industry, and B2B product offerings is highly desired.
  • Experience managing projects, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business value and prioritization.

Compensation offered for this role is $82,000.00-$146,125.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
