Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Relationship Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our partners. The Account Relationship Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned, existing partners, manage the day-to-day partner action items as well as assist in building a pipeline for new potential partners. Additional responsibilities include developing strong relationships with partners, connecting with executives, managing all partner calls as well as action items to cross functional teams. The role will be responsible in updating reports and/or CRM tools as well as present updates to internal/external stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•    Manages all existing partner projects and completes tasks by due date.   
•    Leads problem resolution from identification through resolution
•    Engages appropriate resources to resolve problems and identifies contingency plans and alternative solutions as needed
•    Leverages organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills   
•    Drives achievement of partner project success factors
•    Provides direction and oversight throughout partner lifecycle to team in order to meet applicable business requirements
•    Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
•    Assesses and reports health of all partners in an objective manner, maintaining project transparency and accurate status; keeps management informed

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience 
•    3+ years of relevant experience 
•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
•    No certifications needed
Functional Skills
•    Demonstrates track record in delivering moderately complex projects and/or programs with a strong focus on execution
•    Intermediate written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels; including strong presentation skills
•    Demonstrates strong skills in team leadership and conflict management
•    Good consultative, customer focus skills
•    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
•    Advanced organization skills
•    Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
