Job Summary


The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing our cross-channel lifecycle marketing programs end-to-end, leading lifecycle initiatives, and contributing to infrastructure to help us scale marketing efforts. This position plays a key role in the strategy, execution, and optimization of best-in-class lifecycle initiatives to achieve measurable results around acquisition and retention KPIs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build end-to-end customer communications touchpoints—across email, push/in-app/web notifications—for marketing, transactional, and research messages
  • Lead cross-functional partners across creative, research, product, and engineering to develop roadmap and ship messages across the customer journey
  • Manage required day-to-day tasks, including status report and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance.
  • Generate learnings through extensive campaign testing to understand the nuances of our channels, targeting, and creative
  • Standardize marketing frameworks that improve operational efficiency and create greater visibility into plans, progress, and results
  • Communicate program metrics, status, learnings, and recaps to key business stakeholders in internal meetings and presentations
  • Work with marketing leadership and business teams to define the objectives that will drive the most meaningful impact and resources needed to execute them

Preferred Qualifications/Skills


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years work experience in email/lifecycle marketing, including direct experience managing cross
  • channel campaigns (email, push/in-app/web notifications and SMS).
  • Previous experience in mentoring and managing a team directly  Analytical marketer comfortable leveraging large data sets to identify insights and to drive strategy.
  • Aggressive experimenter who a/b tests their way towards measurable business results.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities.
  • Expertise with marketing automation tools such as Iterable.
  • Working knowledge of email HTML, ESPs and QA tools, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or DataStudio.
  • Capable acting autonomously and collaboratively in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, cross regional, diverse, and dynamic work environment
