Job Summary

The Lifecycle Marketing Sr. Consultant supports planning and creative development of email marketing programs and leads/manages day-to-day execution of marketing tactics that drive profitable growth and retention. This position consults with other functional areas to gain input to develop, execute and measure the marketing plan. The Lifecycle Marketing Sr. Consultant has an area of focus and specialization in lifecycle marketing. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Execute end-to-end customer communications touchpoints across email, push/in-app/web notifications for marketing, transactional, and research messages.
  • Manage required day-to-day tasks, including status report and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional partners across creative, product and engineering to develop and ship messages across the customer journey.
  • Assist with the development of presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations, present work internally to marketing leadership and other business partners
  • Contribute to integration across marketing teams and other departments, building relationships with internal and external business partners and resources
  • Work with solid level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects
  • This job does not have supervisory duties 
  • This position is a permanent remote home-based worker.


Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

Education and Experience

  • Three years minimum of email/lifecycle marketing, including direct experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, push/in-app/web notifications and SMS).
  • Analytical marketer comfortable leveraging large data sets to identify insights and to drive strategy.
  • Aggressive experimenter who a/b tests their way towards measurable business results.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities. 
  • Working knowledge of email HTML, ESPs and QA tools, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, or DataStudio.
  • Capable acting autonomously and collaboratively in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, cross regional, diverse, and dynamic work environment


Functional Skills (possessing intermediate skills)

  • Organization and project/program/time management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft suite; advanced PowerPoint skills, a plus
  • Relationship, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Presentation development and delivery skills
  • Solutions skills; flexible in times of change
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal; strong ability to write, copyedit and judge creative

Compensation Data

Compensation range for this position is $59,500 - $103,300 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
