Job Summary:

Allstate Technology Solutions is dedicated to creating a new type of claims handling platform. The Role:

As a talented Product Manager, you love to translate strategic vision into something tangible whether that be a story, a design or even code.  We need you to get your hands dirty with raw data and derive meaningful and actionable insights that you can use to influence direction of product team and those that surround it.  You will be an innovative thinker, an expert communicator, and an agile problem solver looking to join an exciting team. 

 

As an ideal candidate, you can learn and adapt quickly and are able to use every tool at your disposal—software, data, analytics and beyond—to understand and effectively tackle hard problems. You appreciate the importance working through problem statements and defining success before the team writes code. Responsibilities:

•    Strategic Vision: Develop a clear vision for Generative AI-powered products, aligning with business goals and market trends. 
•    Product Roadmap: Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements. 
•    Problem/success understanding: Collaborate with stakeholders to define what needs to be true to meet intended outcomes, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs. 
•    Data Literacy: Navigate complex data landscapes, leveraging insights to inform product decisions. 
•    Machine Learning Concepts: Familiarity with machine learning principles, enabling effective communication with data scientists and machine learning engineers. 
•    User Experience Design: Advocate for seamless user experiences, from concept to execution. 
•    Agile Processes: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., iterations, point systems, refinements). 
 

Experience & Qualifications

•    4+ years of hands-on experience building ML/AI-powered products. 
•    Knowledgeable in Google AI, Azure, AWS Machine Learning, hands-on experience is a plus. 
•    Adaptability: Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity. 
•    Analytical skills: Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns. Working knowledge of SQL and some coding skills (Python) would be a plus. 
•    Extensive experience story telling product strategy.  
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation offered for this role is $105,500.00-$178,250.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
