Your role in the team


Interested in identifying out of pattern behavior, fraud and protecting the Allstate Brand?


Field Business Conduct (FBC) is accountable to lead the organizational design, implementation, and governance of an effective agency/field ethics program, leveraging an integrated approach within the corporation, to promote an organizational culture that encourages proper detection, resolution, education and prevention of field business conduct issues. 


It designs, implements, audits and collaborates with multiple areas in the organization on processes, measures and actions plans as they relate to field business conduct governance, detection, prevention and education issues. 


The FBC Technical Team is an exciting opportunity to get involved in data and analytics and help to protect the Allstate brand.


You will assist with the development of new applications for Field Business Conduct and support the current FBC suite of applications.


The ideal person will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:


  • You can work independently or within a team
  • You are organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver
  • You are curious and keen to try out new technologies



Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)


  • Representing team in business meetings
  • Working with various stakeholders internal to Allstate





So, what are the essential criteria to apply?


  • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
  • At minimum 3 years' IT industry experience 
  • A minimum of 2 years' software development experience including proven ReactJS experience
  • Reporting technology experience (Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Power BI)


We also have some desirable criteria


  • SQL/SQL Server experience
  • Constructing SSIS queries: Creation of new packages to support query automation
  • Experience in release management
  • Experience in data management
