Job Description


Windows fulfillment is part of (IS) department. It is responsible for to build new windows physical, virtual servers, decommissioning EOSL servers and life cycle activities for windows environment.

  • Strong server builds capabilities (VM, Physical, Cloud) – Windows & Linux
  • Be able to communicate/translate technical terminology to non-technical business professionals
  • Strong background with Server Builds.
  • Experience with working with remote DataCentre Deployment.
  • Experience with DNS, NTP, LDAP, Active directory and other network services
  • Understanding of NAS & SAN concepts. NFS & Autofs.

Job Responsibilities


  • Need to perform assigned fulfillment/life cycle service requests.
  • Basic to Fair understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, Enterprise-wide service. This includes incident management, change management.
  • Assist in coordinating and deployment of patching and infrastructure related changes
  • Follow best practices for the supported technology
  • Must manage change process, support and request queue
  • Assist in developing, define and create best practices processes for Windows fulfillment team
  • Able to work weekends, shift and on-call if necessary.

Primary Skills


     Primary Skills:

  • Basic to Fair administration skills in Windows Server 2008 and 2012 operating system
  • Basic knowledge in SCCM patching module

     Secondary Skills:

  • Basic scripting skills, preferably PowerShell
  • Ability to work successfully with others in large and small teams.
  • Assertiveness – Assist in troubleshooting incidents
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.)


4- 6 years of experience on windows server Administration- Server 2008, 2012 and 2019

Shift Timing

7:00 am to 3:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm
